JOINING THE CLINICAL TEAM
The Ampleforth Pilgrimage is blessed to have an enthusiastic, close knit and dedicated Clinical Team who volunteer their time to support the care we offer Assisted Pilgrims in Lourdes. However, we are always in need of more Clinical Team members, particularly Doctors, who can support our work. The Pilgrimage would not be possible without you.
Unlike many other Pilgrimages, Ampleforth ensures Clinical Team members are fully integrated into Pilgrimage life and get as much out of the week as they wish to. Whether you are a nurse, doctor or other clinical practicioner, you will be part of a Group with other pilgrims and are able to partake in a wide variety of activities throughout the week.
Our Helpers provide the majority of care to Assisted Pilgrims, under the guidance of the Clinical Team, so that we all work harmoniously together to make sure all pilgrims have a fulfilling week.

We are very blessed that through the generosity of benefactors we are able to offer financial support to many clinicians who may struggle to fund the full cost of coming on Pilgrimage.
